As an open discussion, IDEAL will sit down with individual students or entire executive boards to discuss the organization, to provide a remedy for a particular situation or just to brainstorm ideas.

In conjunction with the student’s organizations, IDEAL will help plan a retreat for your group organization and will facilitate the activities planned. Retreats will be customized and presented by trained members of IDEAL, allowing you to relax and enjoy the benefits of your new and improved organization.
Every semester, IDEAL brings students and organizations together to provide organizations the opportunity to network and recruit, and students the opportunity to get involved. This is held once every semester, including summer, on the Reitz Union Colonnade. More than 200 student organizations are in attendance while students talk to representatives from every organization.
IDEAL offers individualized consultations to help students get involved at UF. These consultations are geared toward students that want to get involved but don’t know where to start. With specialized training in student involvement, IDEAL consultants will help students find organizations that interest them.
