Purpose: College Bowl is a competitive quiz bowl team that competes at several different types of tournaments nationwide. College Bowl also helps to encourage teamwork, improve leadership skills, and provoke an interest in learning through friendly competition, organizing and running tournaments, and providing an extensive collection of study materials for all members to utilize.

Activities: College Bowl participates in numerous tournaments across the country, as well as hosting tournaments of its own. At the University of Florida, College Bowl hosts two high school academic tournaments, a college level academic tournament, and a college level tournament centering around popular culture. In addition, College Bowl helps facilitate Gator Nights, organizes the annual IFC Trivia Tournament, and runs an open intramural tournament for all members of the student body.
