Purpose: Ideal is a consultation service for the 700+ organizations at the University of Florida. Ideal helps develop student organizations through workshops, individual invovlement consultations, retreat planning, Student Organization Fair (held each semester), and provide tip sheets for organiational quick fixes.

Activities: Provide Individual Invovlement Consultations, house the Student Organization Fair at the begninng of Fall, Spring, and Summer B semesters, facilitate workshops and retreats, and offer resources such as access to the Leadership Library and easy Tip Sheets.
