Our facility has over 40,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, 36 hotel rooms of various configurations, an in house catering department as well as skilled audio visual staff. Classic Fare Catering is the official caterer in residence at the University of Florida. Our team, headed by European trained Executive Chef, Christian Drouin, provides full service catering for all occasions: banquets, parties, receptions, luncheons, coffee breaks, and more. Offers full-service and self-service black & white copies, full-service color copies, bindery service, lamination, and fax service. We also offer a wide variety of packaging and shipping supplies.
