Mission

The J. Wayne Reitz Union is an integral part of the educational mission of the University of Florida and the Division of Student Life. The Reitz Union creates a safe, enjoyable and welcoming environment and offers experiences that foster a sense of place, belonging and community where students gather, learn and grow.

Values

Student Engagement: We enhance the student experience by creating purposeful, proactive, and unique opportunities for learning, leadership, and education.

Learning and Development: We provide opportunities for personal development through mentoring and by creating experiences to enhance skills and competency.
