2026 Home Games:

September 5 vs Florida Atlantic
September 12 vs Campbell
September 26 vs Ole Miss
October 10 vs South Carolina
November 7 vs Oklahoma
November 21 vs Vanderbilt

Reservation Procedure:

Football weekend dates can be booked online if rooms are available for the desired dates.

Guests will select “Book Now” to access the online reservation software, choose the desired dates, and select “Continue” to check availability and select a room.

Note that our online system does not hold rooms in a cart while you complete the reservation process. If you do not fully complete the reservation steps and receive an email confirmation, another guest may be able to reserve the room and impact property availability. We recommend guests sign in with their profile to expedite the reservation process.

  • Will there be a lottery process for 2026 football weekends?
    • There will not be a lottery process for 2026 football weekend reservations.
  • Once all the rooms are reserved, can I join a waitlist if rooms become available?
    • The front desk will not be maintaining a waitlist.
  • I selected my dates and room type but received an error when attempting to complete my reservation.
    • The online reservation system does not hold rooms in a cart while you complete the reservation process. If you receive an error, other guests may have completed the process, and the date and/or room is no longer available.
  • Are there any restrictions on the number of rooms or weekends guests can reserve?
    • There are no restrictions on the number of rooms or weekends a guest may reserve. We enjoy seeing frequent guests at our property!
  • What is the cancellation policy for football weekend reservations?
    • Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees equal to one night’s stay plus tax.
  • Is there minimum night’s stay required for football weekends?
    • There is a 2-night minimum stay (Fri and Sat) required for football weekends.
  • I want to maximize the quantity of guests in my room. Are rollaway beds available?
    • We have a limited number of rollaway beds available for use in our Deluxe 2 Queen rooms, the Business Suites, or the Executive Suites.

FAQs

  • A minimum length of stay is required during the Spring 2027 Graduation. The minimum length of stay is 4 nights if arriving on April 28 or April 29 and 3 nights if arriving on April 30.
  • Room availability will not properly display if the require number of nights is not selected.
  • All reservations require a prepaid deposit for the full length of stay.
  • Deposits are refundable only if the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days in advance of the arrival date.
  • Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 60 days before the arrival date.
  • Contact the hotel front desk team with questions or for assistance in creating reservations.
