Check-out time is by 12 p.m. (noon), therefore, accommodations may not be available for check-in prior to 3 p.m. Please note that while all major credit cards are accepted, personal checks are not. A valid state issued ID and credit card are required at check-in. ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Group rates are subject to 5-36 room blocks, and can apply to all room types. Please contact the Hotel Manager at (352) 392-2151 for group block availability and details.
Any tax exemptions must be posted before the charges run in our reservation system. If you are not using a University of Florida purchasing card, you will be required to provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate by check-in.
To avoid cancellation fees, it is essential that you contact the Reitz Union Hotel 24 hours in advance of the day of arrival for non-event reservations. Football and Spring Graduation reservations require a full-amount deposit, with a 60-day prior to arrival date cancellation.
The University of Florida campus, which includes the entire Reitz Union facility and hotel, is a non-smoking facility. In addition, the Reitz Union Hotel does not allow any pets. Be advised failure to abide by these rules and regulations may result in extra fees to the credit card on file for the reservation.
