2025 Football Reservations
The 2025 Football Lottery process is closed and those rooms have been allocated. Rooms that remain unclaimed through the lottery process will be available for booking online by the general public beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025. A link for making those reservations will appear here at that time. Phone or email reservations will not be accepted. When all rooms have sold out, a waitlist form will be activated.
Spring 2026 Graduation Reservations
Most dates for Spring 2026 Graduation are now SOLD OUT. Guests can continue to make reservations for any available dates using the GRAD rate plan.
If your search produces the message There are no rooms currently available on those dates you may choose to be added to the graduation waitlist by completing the Graduation Waitlist Form. Guests on the waitlist will be notified by the hotel front desk if a room matching the dates and preferred room type becomes available.

Check-out time is by 11 a.m., therefore, accommodations may not be available for check-in prior to 4 p.m. Please note that while all major credit cards are accepted, personal checks are not. A valid state-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in. ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

- Pillow-top beds in double, queen, or king configurations

- Parking adjacent to the Reitz Union. Additional parking passes may be purchased for $5.00 per car, per night, subject to availability

- Suites available with queen-size sleeper sofas
- ADA-accessible rooms with roll-in shower in the Deluxe two queen-beds configuration. *If all Deluxe 2 Queen rooms are reserved some guests will be assigned the accessible rooms.

Group Rates
Group rates are available for reservations of 5-36 room blocks, and can apply to all room types. Please complete the Group Block Request form for group block availability and details. A member of our team will contact you with additional information.
Tax Exempt Reservations
Any tax exemptions must be posted before the charges run in our reservation system. If you are not using a University of Florida purchasing card, you will be required to provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate by check-in.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation fees, it is essential that you contact the Reitz Union Hotel 24 hours in advance of the day of arrival for non-event reservations. Football reservations require cancellation 30 days prior to arrival.

Additional Information
The University of Florida campus, which includes the entire Reitz Union facility and hotel, is a non-smoking facility. In addition, the Reitz Union Hotel does not allow any pets. Be advised failure to abide by these rules and regulations may result in extra fees to the credit card on file for the reservation.
