To avoid cancellation fees, it is essential that you contact the Reitz Union Hotel 24 hours in advance of the day of arrival for non-event reservations. Football reservations require cancellation 30 days prior to arrival.
An attempt will be made to contact hotel guests regarding any found items on the hotel floors. Guests wishing to have found items shipped to them must email a prepaid shipping label to ReitzUnionHotelDesk@ufsa.ufl.edu. Found items will be retained for 30 days. Items remaining beyond 30 days will be donated or discarded.
Any tax exemptions must be posted before the charges run in our reservation system. If you are not using a University of Florida purchasing card, you will be required to provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate by check-in. Tax exempt certificates can be emailed to ReitzUnionHotelDesk@ufsa.ufl.edu.
The use of all tobacco products is prohibited on the entire University of Florida campus, which includes the Reitz Union facility and hotel. Please be advised that failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in additional fees being charged to the credit card on file for the reservation.
