Reservation Procedure:

Football weekend dates can be booked online if rooms are available for the desired dates.

A lottery system will not be in effect for the 2026 season. Guests will select “Book Now” to access the online reservation software, choose the desired dates, and select “Continue” to check availability and select a room.

Note that our online system does not hold rooms in a cart while you complete the reservation process. If you do not fully complete the reservation steps and receive an email confirmation, another guest may be able to reserve the room and impact property availability. We recommend guests sign in with their profile to expedite the reservation process.

  • There will not be a lottery process for 2026 football weekend reservations.
• Once all the rooms are reserved, can I join a waitlist if rooms become available?
  • The front desk will not be maintaining a waitlist.
• I selected my dates and room type but received an error when attempting to complete my reservation.
  • The online reservation system does not hold rooms in a cart while you complete the reservation process. If you receive an error, other guests may have completed the process, and the date and/or room is no longer available.
• Are there any restrictions on the number of rooms or weekends guests can reserve?
  • There are no restrictions on the number of rooms or weekends a guest may reserve. We enjoy seeing frequent guests at our property!
• What is the cancellation policy for football weekend reservations?
  • Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees equal to one night’s stay plus tax.
• Is there minimum night’s stay required for football weekends?
  • There is a 2-night minimum stay (Fri and Sat) required for football weekends.
• I want to maximize the quantity of guests in my room. Are rollaway beds available?
  • We have a limited number of rollaway beds available for use in our Deluxe 2 Queen rooms, the Business Suites, or the Executive Suites.
• Is parking included in the stay?
  • Parking for one vehicle per room is included in the cost of the stay. Parking for one additional vehicle may be purchased at the time of check-in, pending available space.
