Reservation Procedure:

We are pleased to share details regarding the reservation procedure for 2026 Football Weekends at the Reitz Union Hotel. A lottery system will not be in effect for the 2026 season. Reservations for 2026 Football weekends will be accepted ONLINE through the Reitz Union Hotel website starting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10. Guests will select “Book Now” to access the online reservation software, choose the desired dates, and select “Continue” to check availability and select a room.

Note that our online system does not hold rooms in a cart while you complete the reservation process. If you do not fully complete the reservation steps and receive an email confirmation, another guest may be able to reserve the room and impact property availability. We recommend guests sign in with their profile to expedite the reservation process.

Phone or email reservations will not be accepted on March 10. If rooms remain available after March 10, guests may continue to make reservations online or call the hotel directly.

  • There are no restrictions on the number of rooms a guest may reserve.
• Are there restrictions on the number of football weekends a guest can reserve?
  • There are no restrictions on the number of weekends a guest can reserve. We enjoy seeing frequent guests at our property!
• What is the cancellation policy for football weekend reservations?
  • Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees equal to one night’s stay plus tax.
• Is there minimum night’s stay required for football weekends?
  • There is a 2-night minimum stay required for football weekends.
• I want to maximize the quantity of guests in my room. Are rollaway beds available?
  • We have a limited number of rollaway beds available for use in our Deluxe 2 Queen rooms, the Business Suites, or the Executive Suites.
• Is parking included in the stay?
  • Parking for one vehicle per room is included in the cost of the stay. Parking for one additional vehicle may be purchased at the time of check-in, pending available space.
